My Quorra cosplay from Megacon!

I'm pretty sure this is the only pic I have of it lit up x'D

Before you ask how I made the lights...
I cut out the shape of the light on paper, then used it as a stencil to cut out a plastic sheet (I used page protectors for the plastic, lol) and shower curtain layer. Then I put el wire around the edges (and held everything together with invisible tape) then I put electrical tape around the edges so you couldn't see the wire. You put the plastic layer on the bottom, then paper layer (it helps the light reflect, you can also use reflective tape but it's more expensive), then on top of that was the el wire, then the shower curtain to diffuse the light :3
